• Identity documents: Driving Licence and Aadhaar (front and back), and booking selfies and payment screenshots.

The data and consents you provide in the app are made available for use by the owner of the app, the owner of the domain, and the owner of the car you book. This information may be used by any of these parties in their favour in connection with any further legal issues arising from a booking, including verifying identity, establishing liability, and pursuing recovery of amounts owed.

3. Storage and security

Documents and images are stored in secured cloud storage with access via short-lived signed links. Profile and booking records are stored in a secured database. Access is limited to the platform owner and the relevant car owner for verification and approvals.
